What’s it all about?
Each of these sessions will focus on nutrition and gentle movement as it relates to four different topics:
- Increasing mindfulness
- Reducing stress
- Boosting your immune system
- Improving sleep
Each class will include some gentle movement (suitable for all levels), a cooking demo and some healthy snacks (with recipes for you to take home). Join us online during the week for extra support too! This program is designed to get you inspired to create and maintain healthy habits that you can carry through the year.
What does it cost?
$175 + GST OR $300 + GST (for 2 spots) if you sign up with a buddy!
Where and when?
This series will take place in the small hall at the Cranberry Senior’s Centre on Thursdays January 23 – February 13.
If you have registered for the series and discover you can no longer attend for some reason, full reimbursement is available up to 2 weeks prior to the course start date. 50% will be reimbursed up to 1 week prior to the start date.
