Eating healthfully can be challenging if you are always on the run. This class is all about helping you to put a plan in place so that you and your family can eat healthy, tasty food, even when you are busy. We will talk about component meals, batch cooking strategies, meal planning, and prep time strategies – and practice all of this too, while you learn to make a variety of really tasty meals that you and your family will love. Eating healthy food should never come last on your priority list – and it doesn’t have to take hours out of your day! Don’t compromise your health because you are busy…Join us and get inspired with this course instead.

  • People who want to get inspired with some new, healthy meal ideas
  • People who want to learn some strategies to make consistent healthy eating easier
  • People who are interested in including more plant-based meals into their week (lots of nutrition information will be included)


These classes are meant to be taken as a series, and the cost for the series is $200.00 pp

If you have registered for the course and discover you can no longer attend for some reason, full reimbursement is available up to 2 weeks prior to the course start date. 50% will be reimbursed up to 1 week prior to the start date.
