When you’re busy it’s easy to let healthy eating fall to the wayside. The irony is that that’s the time it’s often MOST important to nourish yourself to stay well and perform at your best. This series focuses on inspiration, strategies and skills to help you survive those busy times, creating new habits and putting steps in place in your everyday life to keep you and your family healthy (and eating delicious, easy-to-prepare food) EVEN when you’re busy. A full meal is included with each class.

Healthy Weight Loss Support Group

6 sessions: Tuesdays March 24 – April 28

In our diet-crazed society it’s no wonder so many of us get confused and frustrated when there is a different “diet solution” presented every month. In this 6-week program learn how to lose the extra pounds you may be carrying in a healthy way, and how to sustain a healthy weight over time – so you DON’T just gain it back. This isn’t another diet program – it’s about improving your eating habits, finding good health and gaining tools and knowledge so you can stay there over the long term. This will be a small group, so plenty of time for sharing experiences, inspiration, thoughts and challenges too.

This is a program based on Food For Life designed by the Physician’s Committee for Responsible Medicine. It includes practical tips on food preparation and recipes too.





Plant-Based for a Healthy Gut

More and more we are understanding the critical role that a healthy GI (gut) terrain plays in our overall health, and that what we eat and how we live has a tremendous effect on how healthy our gut (microbiome) is. In this 5-part learn-and-eat nutrition/cooking series we will focus on information, recipes and cooking skills to help you eat for your best gut health. A full meal is included with each class.

In this 5-part cooking/nutrition series you will learn meal templates that you can customize and make your own. It’s one way to make healthy plant-based eating easier than ever! SUMMER COOKING SERIES

Summer is such an amazing time to enjoy plant-based foods! Fresh produce abounds, and delicious meals can be thrown together quickly with simple, fresh ingredients. This BRAND NEW class will focus on putting together amazing meals quickly with local produce and get you inspired for a healthy summer season with some interesting new topics like raw foods, plant-based bbq and more! A full meal is included with each class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you have registered for a course and discover you can no longer attend for some reason, full reimbursement is available up to 2 weeks prior to the course start date. 50% will be reimbursed up to 1 week prior to the start date.
