Learning how to cook delicious plant-based food is an important step in eating more nutritiously. After all, you’ll never stick to this if you aren’t enjoying the food! There’s nothing like the camaraderie and fun of live cooking classes – I offer several options:
Join a group class: Check out the upcoming classes and join a class/series here.
Take an online class: In order to provide more classes and get more information out there, I am now offering some online options! My first class, Sensational Salads, is available now, with more classes coming in the fall and winter of 2017-18! For more info or to register for Sensational Salads, check out this page.
Book a private group class: Get a group of friends/family together for a private cooking class! We can do this at your home (in which case I will bring all the necessary supplies and equipment), or I can set up a location. See the Group LEARN AND EAT Plant-Based Cooking Class options below (note descriptions below the images), or make a suggestion for something else your group would like to learn. Book a private series: Book a private series of classes for yourself and/or family members to get started with plant-based cooking, or to improve your plant-based knowledge and skills. I recommend doing this in the comfort of your own home, the benefit of which is that it will make it easier for you to translate the cooking into your every day life.
