Join me for a 3-part Healthy Holiday Meals series, starting on Monday, November 21, running through to December 5. This hands-on LEARN & EAT cooking series will teach tips, tricks, recipes and practical skills to help you prepare delicious and healthy plant-based holiday meals that will please everyone at the table. Through the course we will make several amazing entrees and side dishes that you will be able to mix and match into a number of different holiday meals. You will also learn about the nutrition value of what you are making.
Being plant-based during the holidays doesn’t have to feel like a sacrifice. Plant-based eating is healthy AND delicious, leaving you lots of energy to focus on all the positive things about your plant-based lifestyle choice.
